How many food trucks sell toast as their main focus? asked Alexis Borja, founder, and CEO of Toazteria. When the idea of a toast based food truck was brought up it seemed like just a crazy idea but crazy is all that it would have to be. No one had ever tried to do something like this so it was up to Alex to find out if this was a possibility. He started to craft a logo and make a vision for his food truck business as to what it could sell to the people of Houston. The idea to many seemed like a joke they said it couldn't be done, "A food truck that sells toast dishes??" is what everyone said. However, Alex believed that his idea was so crazy that it could be a total hit. So with all the savings that Alex had he took a gamble and assembled Toazteria a food truck that not only would go on to be a success but it would become renowned in the Houston area.
